Together, We Restore: Turning Trauma into Triumph for Young Hearts

Programs & Services

Program Description:

Restoring Hope 4 Youth’s Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program is designed to provide 24-hour care and supervision for adolescent youth ages 14-21, who have experienced trauma, abuse, or neglect. Supported by counties and courts for our transformative programs, we offer innovative intervention techniques focused on individual treatment goals. Our comprehensive program includes therapeutic, psychiatric, medical, psychological, and rehabilitative services to address the diverse needs of our participants.

Within our program, youth engage in constructive activities, guided by positive role models, to develop essential life skills and prepare for independent living. Our services include substance abuse counseling, social skills training, anger management services, employment readiness, mentoring support, and more. We believe in fostering a sense of belonging and personal responsibility within a nurturing community environment, where youth are encouraged to support each other’s success.

Additionally, our Mental Health Program provides outpatient therapeutic services to youth placed in our residential facilities, addressing emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. Through the Core Practice Model, we deliver individualized case plans and collaborate closely with families, mentors, social workers, and other support networks to ensure comprehensive care and ongoing support beyond program completion.

While our focus is on providing direct care and support, we also facilitate access to community-based programs for additional services such as psychiatric evaluation, medication support, therapeutic behavioral services, and day rehabilitation services. At Restoring Hope 4 Youth, we are dedicated to empowering at-risk youth, eliminating barriers to their success, and guiding them toward a future filled with hope and opportunity.
